If you choose our free custom engraving service, please allow approximately 3–8 working days for engraving, final quality inspection and delivery.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging included. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
