Delivery & Dispatch
We aim to make receiving your jewellery as straightforward as choosing it. Delivery times vary depending on the piece you order, with many items available for dispatch within just a few days and selected made-to-order jewellery requiring additional preparation or manufacturing time.
Standard Jewellery
2–3 days
Most jewellery in the LG Aurelia collection is available on our standard delivery timeframe. Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive confirmation with the relevant delivery information.
Banyan Jewellery
2–4 days
Selected pieces from Banyan Jewellery may require additional preparation before dispatch. Please allow approximately 2–4 days for these items.
Made-to-Order Jewellery
Up to 21 days
Certain pieces are specially ordered, manufactured or prepared for each customer. This includes selected wedding bands, engagement rings and heavy gold jewellery. These pieces can take up to 21 days before dispatch because additional manufacturing, sizing, sourcing or preparation may be required.
Why do some pieces take longer?
LG Aurelia works with a network of specialist jewellery suppliers and manufacturers. Some pieces are supplied or made specifically for the customer rather than being held as standard ready-to-dispatch stock. Longer lead times allow for manufacturing, sizing, quality checks and preparation where applicable.
Orders containing different delivery times
Where an order contains products with different lead times, dispatch timing may depend on the products ordered. Customers can contact LG Aurelia if they need clarification about when a particular piece is expected.
