1. Shipping Rates
UK Shipping Options
• FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 — orders over £50
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £2.95 (orders under £50)
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £3.95
• DPD Next Day Delivery — £6.95 (optional)
Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you place your order.
2. Processing Times
In-stock items:
• Dispatched within 1–2 business days
Pre-order items:
• Dispatched within 7–10 business days
• This allows time for sourcing, inspection, and secure packaging
If your order includes pre-order items, it may be held until all items are ready.
3. Delivery Estimates
After dispatch:
• Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days
• DPD Next Day: Next working day
Delays caused by courier disruptions or weather are outside of our control.
4. Tracking
All orders are shipped using tracked services.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
5. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders sent to incorrect customer-provided addresses.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If a parcel is delayed or appears lost:
- Contact us so we can open an investigation with the courier
- Investigations may take several business days
- Replacements/refunds are issued only after official confirmation that the parcel is lost
7. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 48 hours
• Include photos of the packaging and item
We will resolve this quickly.
