We work with established jewellery manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and recognised brands. When selecting suppliers and collections, we consider product quality, authenticity, material information, compliance, packaging and customer aftercare.

Gold, silver and other precious metals are described using information supplied by the manufacturer or supplier. Where required under UK law, qualifying precious-metal jewellery must carry an approved hallmark. We identify metal type, purity and plated finishes wherever this information is available.

Our collection includes natural diamonds, laboratory-grown diamonds, gemstones and jewellery stones such as cubic zirconia. We clearly distinguish between natural diamonds, laboratory-grown diamonds and diamond alternatives. Carat weight, colour, clarity and certification details are included where supplied or applicable.

We expect our diamond suppliers to comply with applicable laws and recognised industry requirements intended to prevent conflict diamonds from entering the legitimate jewellery supply chain. Individual certification or documented provenance will be stated where it is supplied with the product.

We are committed to accurately identifying precious metals, plated finishes, gemstone types, diamond origins and relevant hallmarking wherever possible. Where more information is required, our customer care team will seek clarification from the supplier or manufacturer.
