Sizing & Fit

  • You can use our Ring Size Guide to help measure an existing ring or determine the most suitable size for your finger. For the most accurate result, we recommend having your finger professionally measured by a local jeweller.

  • If you fall between two sizes, the most suitable option can depend on the ring’s width and how you prefer it to fit. Wider bands may feel tighter than slimmer rings, so choosing the larger size may provide a more comfortable fit.

  • Yes. You can measure the internal diameter of a ring that already fits well and compare it with our Ring Size Guide. Home measurements can vary, so measure carefully and check the result more than once before ordering.

  • Available sizes vary between products and are shown on each individual product page. Some sizes may be temporarily unavailable or may need to be specially ordered.

  • Necklace length affects where the chain or pendant sits on the chest. Please check the length listed in the product description and compare it with a necklace you already own for the clearest idea of the fit.

  • Measure around your wrist using a flexible measuring tape, then allow a little additional room depending on whether you prefer a close or relaxed fit. Please check the bracelet’s listed length before ordering.

  • Yes. We provide measurements such as width, height, depth and chain length wherever this information is available. Small variations may occur due to the manufacturing process or the way an item is measured.

  • Please contact our support team before placing your order. Tell us which item you’re considering and any measurements you have, and we’ll help you understand the available sizing information.

Products, Materials & Authenticity

  • Yes. Our jewellery is sourced from established jewellery suppliers and is described according to the materials, finishes and gemstones used. The exact product details are provided on each individual product page.

  • Our collection includes jewellery made from materials such as 9ct gold, sterling silver, platinum-plated silver and rhodium-plated metals. The exact metal and finish used will always be stated within the product description and specifications.

  • The 925 mark indicates that the item is made from sterling silver containing 92.5% pure silver, with the remaining percentage made from other metals to improve strength and durability.

  • A 375 mark indicates 9ct gold, meaning the item contains 37.5% pure gold combined with other metals that provide strength, colour and durability.

  • Items that legally require a UK hallmark will be hallmarked where applicable. Smaller or lighter items that fall below the legal hallmarking weight threshold may instead feature a manufacturer’s fineness stamp, such as 925 or 375.

  • Our collection may include natural gemstones, laboratory-created stones, crystals and cubic zirconia. The stone type used in each item will be clearly stated on the individual product page wherever this information is available.

  • Plated jewellery has a thin layer of another precious metal applied over the base metal. Examples may include rhodium, platinum, palladium or gold plating. The underlying material and plated finish will be stated within the product information.

  • We aim to represent every product as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour, texture, gemstone appearance or finish may occur because of lighting, screen settings, natural material variations and the manufacturing process.

  • Every order is carefully checked before dispatch. We inspect the item’s overall condition, finish, stones, settings, clasps and presentation to help ensure it meets our standards before being securely prepared for delivery.
