DELIVERY & DISPATCH
Your Order, Carefully Prepared
Every LG Aurelia order is carefully prepared and inspected before dispatch. The estimated preparation time depends on whether your jewellery is currently available, specially sourced or made to order.
Standard Jewellery
Most available jewellery is prepared and delivered within approximately 2–3 working days. Any different estimated timeframe will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
Selected & Specially Sourced Pieces
Some jewellery requires additional preparation or sourcing and may take approximately 2–5 working days before dispatch. This may apply to selected gemstone, personalised or specialist pieces.
Made-to-Order Jewellery
Made-to-order wedding rings, engagement rings and selected bespoke pieces require approximately 21 days for manufacture before dispatch. This timeframe allows the jewellery to be produced, finished and prepared specifically for your order.
Once Your Order Has Been Dispatched
You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email once your order is on its way. Where tracking is available, the relevant tracking information will be included so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Orders Containing Different Lead Times
Where an order contains products with different preparation times, the complete order may be dispatched once every item is ready. Customers may contact us before ordering to discuss available delivery options.
Planning for a Special Date?
If your jewellery is required for a wedding, anniversary, birthday or another important occasion, please order as early as possible. Manufacturing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and may occasionally be affected by availability, peak periods or circumstances outside our control.
