At LG Aurelia, we are committed to providing high-quality jewellery and an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our returns process is designed to be clear, fair, and hassle-free.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item.


To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, jewellery boxes, tags, and accessories must be included
  • A return must be authorised by our support team before being sent back
  • Your order number must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, including:

  • Studs
  • Hoops
  • Drop earrings
  • Any item that passes through the ear


This policy follows UK jewellery hygiene regulations.


We also cannot accept returns on:

  • Customised or engraved items
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Unauthorised returns
  • Returns requested after 14 days



Pre-Order & Special Order Items

Some products are listed as Pre-Order or Special Order and are ordered directly from our trade suppliers once your purchase is placed.


  • Dispatch typically takes 3–6 working days (usually 2–4 days depending on supplier)
  • Pre-order items are eligible for return, unless customised or engraved
  • Faulty pre-order items will always be replaced or refunded

 


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for returning items safely
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service
  • LG Aurelia is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

 


Inspection & Quality Check

All returned items undergo professional inspection to confirm:

  • The correct item has been returned
  • The item is unused and unworn
  • No scratches, damage, or missing parts
  • Original packaging is complete and in good condition

 

If the return passes inspection, your refund will be approved.



Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Unauthorised returns will not be refunded
