Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original packaging, jewellery boxes, tags, and accessories must be included
A return must be authorised by our support team before being sent back
Your order number must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, including:

Studs
Hoops
Drop earrings
Any item that passes through the ear

This policy follows UK jewellery hygiene regulations.

We also cannot accept returns on:

Customised or engraved items
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Unauthorised returns
Returns requested after 14 days

Pre-Order & Special Order Items

Some products are listed as Pre-Order or Special Order and are ordered directly from our trade suppliers once your purchase is placed.

Dispatch typically takes 3–6 working days (usually 2–4 days depending on supplier)
Pre-order items are eligible for return, unless customised or engraved
Faulty pre-order items will always be replaced or refunded
