Every LG Aurelia order is carefully inspected before dispatch. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, eligible jewellery includes a 12-month warranty against qualifying manufacturing faults from the date of delivery.

What Is Not Normally Covered
Normal wear and tear
Scratches, dents and surface marks
Accidental damage or impact
Broken, stretched or caught chains
Tarnishing and oxidation
Gradual wear of plated finishes
Damage caused by chemicals, moisture or unsuitable cleaning
Loss, theft or improper storage
Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or alterations
Natural wear, tarnishing and the gradual reduction of plated finishes are not manufacturing defects.
How to Make a Claim
Assessment and Resolution
Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, the appropriate resolution may include repair, replacement or another suitable remedy depending on the product, availability and circumstances.
Manufacturer Warranties
Selected branded jewellery, watches or specialist products may include a separate manufacturer's warranty with different terms. Any product-specific warranty information supplied should be retained.
