Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Purchasing a Gift Card

LG Aurelia gift cards are digital products rather than physical cards. Gift cards are purchased through the LG Aurelia website and are issued in pounds sterling (GBP).

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct recipient name and email address during checkout. If you believe incorrect delivery information has been supplied, please contact our support team promptly so we can assist you.

2. Digital Delivery

Your gift card and its unique code will be delivered electronically to the email address you selected during purchase.

Delivery may not always be immediate due to payment processing, security checks or email-provider delays. If you have not received your gift card within a reasonable time, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

3. Redeeming a Gift Card

Gift cards can be redeemed online at https://lgaurelia.co.uk. To redeem your gift card, enter the unique gift card code during checkout.

Gift cards may be used towards eligible LG Aurelia products. Where an order total exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

Where only part of the balance is used in a single transaction, the remaining balance will stay available on the same gift card where supported by our platform.

4. Gift Card Balance

You can view or check your remaining gift card balance using the link provided with your gift card email. If you need assistance checking your balance, please contact our support team.

5. Expiry

LG Aurelia gift cards do not expire.

6. Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

Gift card purchases and purchases paid for using a gift card remain subject to LG Aurelia's published Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UK consumer rights.

Where applicable, refunds for products originally paid for using a gift card may be returned to the original gift card balance or processed using the appropriate original payment method.

Bespoke, personalised and made-to-order products remain subject to the exclusions explained in LG Aurelia's Returns & Refunds Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Lost, Deleted or Misused Gift Cards

Gift card codes should be treated securely and should not be publicly shared. If you lose or delete the original gift card email, please contact LG Aurelia support as soon as possible.

We may request order or purchaser information before assisting with lost or deleted gift cards to verify ownership and prevent misuse.

8. Restrictions

Gift cards cannot be exchanged directly for cash except where required by law. Gift cards must not be resold, copied, altered or used fraudulently.

LG Aurelia may temporarily suspend a gift card while suspected fraud, misuse or technical issues are reasonably investigated.

9. Promotions and Discounts

Gift cards may be used alongside promotional codes only where the promotion's individual terms allow it.

10. Changes to These Terms

LG Aurelia may update these terms where reasonably necessary. Changes will not unfairly remove rights already attached to gift cards previously purchased.

11. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
