How personalisation works

Your jewellery is prepared

The piece is sent for the required engraving or personalisation through the relevant supplier or specialist service.

Quality check & dispatch

Once completed, the jewellery is prepared for dispatch and the customer receives the relevant delivery information.

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, dates, initials, capitalisation and other personalisation details before submitting their order.

LG Aurelia will normally reproduce the personalisation exactly as provided by the customer, subject to the options available for that product.

Returns on personalised jewellery

Because engraved and personalised jewellery is created specifically for you, these items cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your jewellery is faulty, damaged, not as described, or qualifies for support under an applicable LG Aurelia warranty, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
